PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS YEAR THE KNITWEAR IS BEING OFFERED ON A PREORDER BASIS. You can choose any style in any colour. Because this is the first time I have done pre-order I have had to upload it slightly differently. The styles are listed by SIZE and then you can select your choice of colour. I have included more pictures than usual of the styles I physically have in my studio and which I welcome you to come and try on and order in person if you are able. The floating garment colour images are to help you let your imagination run wild as you dream your perfect power piece into being.

Chunky and softly structured, the Haruka Ribbed Beanie is knitted in an exaggerated horizontal rib with a wide vertical cuff. The sculptural construction gives it shape and flexibility, so you can play with how you wear it. It's also great to get a hat in pure wool so it's natural and breathable on your head.

I nearly called it: haruka-slouchy-fishermans-headwrappy-long-beanie-hat! But it was a bit wordy!

Keep it long and tucked at the back for a relaxed, slightly headscarf-like feel, or fold the hem up for a shorter, classic shape. It can also be played with to make it more square and flatter on the top.

To be honest, I’m not really a hat person — but I had one like this for years, and it’s one of the only beanies I can get along with. It’s definitely a beanie with a twist! I’ll definitely be ordering one in Aqua to pair with the Cable Neck Jumper in the same shade. And probably one in cobalt blue too, and maybe mustard! Because it's rare for me to find a hat in pure wool in colours that look good next to my face.

The hat will pair well with all the collection for that definite winter look and feel! I reckon it will look really funky with the Rhiannon Full length wool dress for a totally different look.

When we were in Kathmandu, Poonam was the hat model for the sample because she looks really good in hats and in burgundy, neither of which are strengths of mine!

This new Knitwear piece in your life is made from 100% Lambswool.Treat Pure Wool garments with due care.

Washing Instructions:

Handwash or Wash on a cold KNITWEAR cycle using wool detergent.Do not wring. Do not tumble dry. Dry Flat OR Dry Clean. Lambswool does not need to be washed after every wear. Ideally, let the garment air between wears. It is better to store it folded rather than hanging to keep the shape.Please be aware that all pure wool knits pill to some extent over time. You can gently comb them from time to time with a pilling comb if needed.
