A dramatic new take on our Haruka Tulip dress. This flattering empire line dress flatters a curvy figure in all the right places. Sleeveless and full length with a round neck collar, fastened with our brass flower of life buttons. The upper body is fitted. The high waist works together with the deep sculpted pockets to create a flattering hour glass silhouette. At both front and back the dress has cotton box pleated panels that skim the tummy. Scoop hemline.
