PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS YEAR THE KNITWEAR IS BEING OFFERED ON A PREORDER BASIS. You can choose any style in any colour. Because this is the first time I have done pre-order I have had to upload it slightly differently. The styles are listed by SIZE and then you can select your choice of colour. I have included more pictures than usual of the styles I physically have in my studio and which I welcome you to come and try on and order in person if you are able. The floating garment colour images are to help you let your imagination run wild as you dream your perfect power piece into being.

The Endless Knot Bomber is one of the most personal pieces in the Haruka collection — a garment that holds both story and symbolism at its core.

Haruka has always been a brand where depth, meaning, and identity are woven into the fabric, and this design reflects that completely.

I first developed this style as a hand-knit, with Poonam’s help, in the late  2000s — when both my son Haruka and the brand that carries his name were still young. From the beginning, it embodied the essence of fusion — East and West, tradition and modernity — much like the life and outlook that shaped it.

The Endless Knot motif, knitted into the back, originates from Tibetan Buddhism and is one of the eight auspicious symbols. It represents the interconnectedness of all things, the eternal flow of wisdom, compassion, and life itself.

Along the sleeves, a chunky double cable knit draws from the Western Celtic tradition — another expression of unity and the continuous cycle of birth, death, and renewal.Together, these two patterns form a dialogue between cultures — a woven language of infinity.

The word Haruka, drawn from an ancient Kanji, carries this same meaning: something eternal, without end.

A bomber-shaped cardigan knitted in 8-ply pure lambswool, the Endless Knot Bomber combines warmth, structure, and story.

A chunky, cable knit motif runs down the entire front, creating a tactile surface that feels both sculptural and strong. The wide ribbed collar fastens neatly to a high neck. The fitted sleeves also have a double cable motif making them not only super funky but super warm. And obviously, it’s all about the cables!

The front fastening features sturdy brass poppers sown onto a ribbed edge, reinforced with matching cotton twill tape for durability. A wide ribbed hemline, balances the sculptural lines of the garment.

On the back, the raised Endless Knot motif gives the piece its name — a tactile symbol of connection, continuity, and the cycles of life.

The Endless Knot Bomber is a very original statement piece of craft and character — functional, original, and funky. 

FIT AND SIZE

S/M is UK size 8/10

M/L is UK size 12-14

L/X is UK size 16-18

In the S/M Coral Orange and Off White Pictures, Dot is 5’7”and UK size 10/12

In the M/L Kingfisher Blue Pictures, Sophie is 5’6” and UK size 10/12. Ideally, for a true fit she would be wearing the size down

In the L/XL Mustard Pictures, Danu is 5’4” and a UK size 14. For a more fitted look she would have been wearing the size down

MATERIALS AND CARE

This new Knitwear piece in your life is made from 100% Lambswool.Treat Pure Wool garments with due care.

Washing Instructions:

Handwash or Wash on a cold KNITWEAR cycle using wool detergent.Do not wring. Do not tumble dry. Dry Flat OR Dry Clean. Lambswool does not need to be washed after every wear. Ideally, let the garment air between wears. It is better to store it folded rather than hanging to keep the shape. Please be aware that all pure wool knits pill to some extent over time. You can gently comb them from time to time with a pilling comb if needed.
